€6,000 first prize; three €2,000 prizes; a separate €1,500 Donostia special prize. Winning series appear in a catalogue and touring exhibition. Ceremony travel and two nights' accommodation are covered.

Humanitarian issues, inequality and human rights

Adults of any nationality, including collectives. Submit one series of 5–10 images; at least half must date from 2025–2026. Previously entered series are excluded. Documentary integrity and anonymous judging requirements apply; no AI-generated or added elements.

Authors retain rights. Selected series grant the named organizers a worldwide, non-exclusive licence for award-related uses until public domain. Winners also authorize third-party rights assignments supporting the association's objectives. Full terms deserve careful review.
